HealthFinders will offer a Panel 30 Blood Profile + Thyroid Screening for $30 - cash or check only. The blood profile consists of over 30 different tests including a full cholesterol breakdown (total, HDL, LDL, triglycerides), plus iron levels, liver function, glucose and more. Blood is drawn from your arm and a 12-HOUR FAST IS REQUIRED. Results are mailed to you within four weeks.
Along with the blood profile, there will be hospital departments and physician practices affiliated with Grand Strand Health offering FREE screenings and health information!
