Sheila Caldwell, CHC

President/Founder

Sheila's personal story as a heart attack survivor and champion for women’s heart health has touched the lives of thousands of women in South Carolina since the organization’s launch in 2013.  As the Founder of The Heart2Heart Foundation, Sheila currently serves as the full-time Executive Director of the organization. With more than 20 years of professional and volunteer service with local, national and international nonprofit organizations, she has successfully combined her experience and passion to fulfill the mission of The Heart2Heart Foundation to “inspire and enable women and their loved ones to take action that prevents heart attack, stroke, and premature death.”  She is married to Bill Caldwell and, together, they have five children and 11 grandchildren plus a toy poodle named, Monsieur Pharaon.

Deb King, RN, Vice President/Co-Founder - Clinical Supervisor Cardiac Rehabilitation Center, Recipient of Palmetto Gold Nursing Award 2006 (awarded to the Top 100 nurses in SC).  Advanced Life Support Certification, Advanced Pediatric Support Certification, Certified Smoking Cessation Coach Member of South Carolina, Cardiovascular and Pulmonary Rehabilitation Association and Symposium committee member.  Past President of South Carolina Cardiovascular and Pulmonary Rehabilitation Association.  Member of American Association of Cardiovascular and Pulmonary Rehabilitation.  Association Member Preventive Cardiovascular Nurses.  Association Advisor: Mended Hearts, Chapter 289.  Advocate for Women and Heart Disease, proactive in hospital-sponsored and community health fairs.​



Bill Caldwell, Secretary/Treasurer & Co-Founder- As a person with extensive professional and volunteer experience, Bill serves Heart2Heart in a voluntary administrative capacity for the organization. Bill has more than a decade of professional executive experience in national and international non-profit administration and major donor development.  Some of the organizations Bill has served with includes American Red Cross, Alzheimer's Association and Boys & Girls Clubs of York County.  As they are partners in life, Bill works alongside Sheila to bring Heart2Heart's message to the community. Bill also serves as an Ambassador for the Boys & Girls Clubs of York County.
