Free Heart Age Screenings!

What is your "heart age"? Heart age, or cardiac age, is a number that measures your cardiac risk level. It is based on your blood pressure, BMI, blood sugar, cholesterol and triglycerides.

Researchers have discovered that adults have a “heart age” that averages seven years older than their actual age. In fact, 1 in 4 Americans die from heart disease.

The most common reasons for a higher heart age that can be changed or managed include high blood pressure, high cholesterol, smoking, obesity, unhealthy diet, physical inactivity and diabetes. Making changes to reduce risk of cardiac disease can make a person’s heart younger.

Join us for a free heart risk screening and find out how young at heart you really are.  CLICK HERE
