A physician's order is typically required to schedule this screening. Some providers can perform this screening in their office while others may refer you to an imaging center.  CAC Scans are typically not covered by insurance, so make sure you mention The Heart2Heart Foundation and ask for the provider's special cash rate.  If you don't see your area listed, please contact us!
