Find a screening lab near you
STEP ONE: Know your numbers
The first step toward preventing heart attack, stroke or premature death is learning your risk factors and how to win the fight against our #1 killer!
Most of us learn we have heart disease only after a heart attack ... or worse.

The first step toward better heart health is to learn your individual risk factors for heart disease and work with your health care provider to create a plan to help you manage those. Typically, the focus will be on good nutrition, exercise and not smoking. Should you require medication to manage your risk factors, compliance in taking your prescriptions will be essential to your success.

If we don't have a #HowsYourTicker screening event scheduled near you, please check out the available screenings to the right at a discount.

This is a national program however it is not available in the states of New York, New Jersey, Rhode Island and Maryland.

This simple, non-invasive screening is encouraged for men by the age of 45 or women by age 55.
