The mission of The Heart2Heart Foundation is to inspire and enable women and their loved ones to take action that prevents heart attack, stroke, and premature death.

Our grassroots organization is based in Rock Hill providing programs across the state of South Carolina and the Charlotte Metro area as well as women across the country through our online efforts! Funds raised benefit women and their families in the communities we serve.

ACTON - to win the fight against heart disease, we believe that early detection and intervention is vital to prevention and survival.

Since launching in January 2013, The Heart2Heart Foundation has provided free heart health educational materials to more than 35,000 adults and youth!​Through programs like our #HowsYourTicker Statewide Heart Health Screening and #TestNotGuess Campaigns, we have helped over 7,600 women and men learn their risk for heart disease and how to win the fight against our #1 killer.
​
Proceeds from our Queen of Hearts Gala will help fund our heart health educational and screening programs for women and their loved ones in the York County area, Charlotte metro and across South Carolina.
