The Heart2Heart Foundation holds The Old Town Zombie Crawl each fall to raise awareness about the #1 killer of women
and men! Each woman, man and child who participates in our Fun Run and 5K Road Race receives free age-appropriate heart health educational materials. Women over 40 who complete our Heart Health Survey at the event can also qualify for a scholarship to receive Advance Risk Assessment with EKG from Piedmont Medical Center!
Proceeds from the event will help fund our awareness events, free educational programs and materials,
and provide advance screening scholarships for women at high-risk of heart disease!

Proceeds from the Old Town Zombie Crawl will fund the free heart health educational programs, events, and advance screening scholarships for women through The Heart2Heart Foundation.
